What is Rivet Chat pricing?▼
Rivet offers a free plan with 100 AI replies per month, then paid plans: Monthly at $19.90 with up to 3,000 AI replies, 3 Months at $49.90 with up to 12,000 replies (including a 3,000 bonus), and Annual at $199 with unlimited replies. Exact limits are listed on this page. Shopify merchants can also subscribe via Shopify Billing in the Rivet app.
What does the free plan include?▼
The free plan includes 100 AI replies per month with the full widget, real-time inventory answers, and lead capture. No credit card required.
What paid plans are available?▼
Rivet Pro has three options: Monthly at $19.90 (3,000 AI replies), 3 Months at $49.90 (12,000 replies including a 3,000 bonus), and Annual at $199 with unlimited replies. All plans include custom rules, data masking, and payment by card or PayPal.
Is Rivet a cheaper alternative to Gorgias for small Shopify stores?▼
If you mainly need on-site AI sales chat (not a full support helpdesk), Rivet is a lighter option for small Shopify stores — Monthly is $19.90 with a reply quota — versus helpdesk pricing aimed at ticket volume. For heavy email and ticket operations, Gorgias may still fit better.
What happens if I hit the reply limit?▼
On Monthly and 3 Months plans, when you reach your reply quota Rivet pauses new AI replies until the next billing period or you upgrade. Annual includes unlimited replies. You can monitor usage anytime in Dashboard → Billing.
Can I cancel anytime?▼
Yes. You can stop renewing at any time from your dashboard. Access continues through the paid period you already purchased.
Which payment methods do you accept?▼
You can pay by credit or debit card, or with PayPal. Activation codes are also supported for special onboarding cases.
Does Rivet work on Shopify and custom sites?▼
Yes. Rivet embeds on Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix, Magento, and any custom website with a two-line snippet — or via npm for React, Vue, and Next.js.
